Selecting the Type of User

On User Registration, you have two options while selecting the Type of User. Please find details below:

Individual: When signing up as an Individual, you must use a personal email account to sign up, you can then submit a single case to create a report on yourself. Within this type of account, only 1 case can be created specific to your personal details.

Corporate: As a Corporate User, you will be able to raise multiple cases on individuals and companies. In order to open a corporate account, you will need to register with your corporate email address and then a member of the Neotas team will follow up to ensure that your requirements and needs are fully set up within your account.
